Join Dr. Maggie Curtis from Harbor Strength Physical Therapy for a 45 minute long strength training class. Each class will begin with a dynamic warm up followed by upper and lower body strengthening as well as postural and functional exercises. Classes will utilize various
equipment including light and heavy dumbbells, resistance bands and steps. Exercises will be tailored to the individual and will emphasize proper form.

Bio-
Maggie received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University. She treats many different patient populations including; sports, pelvic health and orthopedic injuries. Maggie owns Harbor Strength Physical Therapy and provides PT services in client’s homes. She leads fitness classes with an emphasis on strength training, rehabilitation and injury prevention. Maggie loves helping people get stronger and in her free time enjoys hiking with her husband and daughter

Cost:$12 per class (walk-ins welcome if space is available)
