Choose the Chatham Community Center for your next Birthday Party!   Birthday Parties can be reserved  Saturdays from 12:00p-2:00p or 3:00p-5:00p and Sundays from 2:00p-4:00p. (No Sundays June 17th-Sept 3rd)Max of 25 children per party. Cost:  $100 for two hours (plus 30 min for set-up/take down)Payment due at time of request. Please note:  Birthday parties at the Chatham Community Center are available to Chatham Residents ONLY.   Birthday Party Rules No inflatables allowed. No food on carpet area of game room or in Gymnasium. Max of 25 children per party. Adults must be present at all times during party and are responsible for ensuring all community center rules and regulations are being followed. No Alcohol is permitted on the premises. All areas must be cleaned of trash and/or decorations after party by renters. Game Room– game tables and equipment are to be used for their intended purposes.  If equipment is broken due to negligence, renter will be charged for replacement of said equipment. Teen Room-Video game use is not permitted. Gym– Renters may request the following equipment to be used: dodgeballs, basketballs, pillow hockey, soccer balls. The PARK Afterschool  Program is for students in grades 3-7 to have a safe, fun and engaging  afterschool experience.  It is also the intent of the program to foster a sense of community and to forge new and lasting friendships among the students attending the program. The PARK program provides a structured environment in which these students will be encouraged to try new activities with their peers, strengthening their social skills, self esteem and leadership potential through physical, social, fun, artistic and educational activities.   Students are grouped by grade: 3rd, 4th and middle school.  Students in grades 3 and 4 may choose from a daily list of options offered for set blocks of time. Groups will be determined by interest and will be organized and directed by program staff. All activities/ choices will be supervised and offer an engaging mix of active and passive recreational pursuits. The program provides students with a healthy and nutritious snack, as well as providing time for students to work on homework.   Students may participate in this program on a daily as needed basis ranging from one day of coverage per week up to a full five days of coverage per week from the end of the school day until 5:30 P.M.    Cost for elementary school students is $15, and $10 for middle school students.SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO MEET REQUIREMENTS!Contact Sharon Stark at sstark@chatham-ma.gov

Coed Grade k-1 will play on Saturday mornings from 9:00a-10:00a at Volunteer Park.  This program will introduce the fundamental skills of throwing and catching a soft 9" ball (baseball size), and offer basic instruction in batting.  Mornings will consist of 1/2 hour practice and 1/2 hour games.  Season runs May 6th-June 10th.Eligibility: This program is open to children in grades K-1VOLUNTEER COACHES ARE NEEDED!PLEASE NOTE: NO PROGRAM MAY 25th

Coed Grade k-1 will play on Saturday mornings from 9:00a-10:00a at Volunteer Park.  This program will introduce the fundamental skills of throwing and catching a soft 9" ball (baseball size), and offer basic instruction in batting.  Mornings will consist of 1/2 hour practice and 1/2 hour games.  Season runs May 6th-June 10th.Eligibility: This program is open to children in grades K-1VOLUNTEER COACHES ARE NEEDED!PLEASE NOTE: NO PROGRAM MAY 25th

The PARK Afterschool  Program is for students in grades 3-7 to have a safe, fun and engaging  afterschool experience.  It is also the intent of the program to foster a sense of community and to forge new and lasting friendships among the students attending the program. The PARK program provides a structured environment in which these students will be encouraged to try new activities with their peers, strengthening their social skills, self esteem and leadership potential through physical, social, fun, artistic and educational activities.   Students are grouped by grade: 3rd, 4th and middle school.  Students in grades 3 and 4 may choose from a daily list of options offered for set blocks of time. Groups will be determined by interest and will be organized and directed by program staff. All activities/ choices will be supervised and offer an engaging mix of active and passive recreational pursuits. The program provides students with a healthy and nutritious snack, as well as providing time for students to work on homework.   Students may participate in this program on a daily as needed basis ranging from one day of coverage per week up to a full five days of coverage per week from the end of the school day until 5:30 P.M.    Cost for elementary school students is $15, and $10 for middle school students.SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO MEET REQUIREMENTS!Contact Sharon Stark at sstark@chatham-ma.gov
